Lifetime JetPak™ Plumbing Warranty:
Villeroy & Boch warrants the Portable Spa JetPak™ Plumbing System not to leak for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa (as long as he or she owns the spa), or three (3) years, whichever is longer. Lifetime Shell Structure Warranty: Villeroy & Boch warrants the Portable Spa shell not to leak for the life of the original retail purchaser of the spa (as long as he or she owns the spa) or three (3) years, whichever is longer.

Five Year Surface Warranty:
Villeroy & Boch warrants the surface finish of the Portable Spa not to crack, fade, wrinkle, blister, peel or delaminate for five (5) years from the purchase date.

Four Year Cabinet Warranty:
Villeroy & Boch warrants the cabinet sections of the Portable Spa against degradation, cracking and fading for four (4) years from the purchase date. This warranty specifically covers the cabinet corners, door and side panels. The cabinet door is deemed an Easily Removed Component and when found defective will be replaced free of charge by sending verification of the defective component to Villeroy & Boch. Additionally, the cabinet frame is warranted against structural failure that would otherwise prevent normal use of the spa.

Two year Equipment Warranty:
Villeroy & Boch warrants the electrical and mechanical equipment of the Villeroy & Boch Portable Spa, along with its associated piping and fittings, against failure that would require repair or replacement for two (2) years from the purchase date. This warranty specifically covers the pump(s), heater, controls, spa light, ozone sterilizer, jets and leaks from any component or plumbing fitting located beneath the spa shell. This Villeroy & Boch Portable Spa limited warranty is void if any of the following occur: 1.) the spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; 2.) any repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized agent or dealer of Villeroy & Boch; 3.) the spa has been used in a nonresidential application or in an application for which it was not designed; 4.) damage is caused by an Act of God or any other cause beyond the control of Villeroy & Boch; 5.) damage is caused by the addition or use of any non approved mechanical or electrical component, or chemical substance; 6.) damage is caused by shipping, moving, mishandling, improper installation or electrical hook-up by someone other than an authorized agent or dealer of Villeroy & Boch; 7.) damage to the spa shell is caused by excessive heat buildup due to failure to cover spa while empty of water and/or exposed to direct sunlight; 8.) damage is caused by operating the spa outside the water temperature range of 0 to 48 degrees C.; 9.) damage is caused by improper maintenance of spa water chemistry or by allowing undissolved spa chemicals to lie on the spa’s surface; and 10.) damage is caused by failure to install, maintain and operate the spa in accordance with the recommendations contained in the owner’s manual or any other printed instructions, notice or bulletin from Villeroy & Boch. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products supplied by Villeroy & Boch. Any repair or replacement shall provide no new warranty coverage, but shall retain only the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty. To make a claim under the terms of warranty, please contact your supplier. Special, consequential and/or indirect damages including cost of building-in or removal are not covered by the warranty. Villeroy & Boch is not responsible for the consequences of negligent installation.
